Order Cancellation

All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customer

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following: 
  1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same
  2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
  3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item to us.


Product Replacement & Refund Policy

Please Call on Customer Care Number (+91)6362883634, within 2 days, from the date of delivery in case item delivered is found defective. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Refund Policy

In case of Following situation arises on exceptional basis, the exchange, the return or refund of money may be executed on case to case basis decided finally by PetsWoof® Management.

  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged in transit
  • Products was / were missing
  • Wrong item was received

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, PetsWoof.com shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The following RULES apply to this Policy:

  • Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded, the list of such items include in case the seal is found to be broken. The list of such items includes food, grooming products, supplements, dog apparel etc.
  • In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to PetsWoof.com within 3 days from the time of delivery.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered.
  • Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts at PetsWoof®.
  • The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but It may take more or less depending on your card issuer's policies.
